Isn't this cool fabric? Vennevo from Pattern Review sent it to me from Austrailia.

I had a very pleasant sewing afternoon. I spent it with Lenore, showing her how to use her new Elna 744 serger. About two months ago, I convinced her to buy it. A month ago, we set the date to get together on April 1. Yesterday afternoon, we unpacked the serger and set it up. She did great. I showed her how to thread it once for overlock, and she was able to thread it. Same thing with the coverstitch. Hopefully, she will find it as useful as I do.
